Strong demand for blue-chip farmland has delivered a bumper payday for the founders of the Curves global gym chain, Diane and Gary Heavin. The couple raked in more than $18 million after selling their 3700-hectare beef, prime lamb and wool aggregation in the NSW Riverina.
